I opened the package and it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. Not sure how that mix-up even happened, and it made me wonder if my order was handled carefully at all. Frustrating experience.

Checkout was a pain. It kept glitching on me, and I had to verify myself over and over like the site didn’t believe it was still me. What should’ve been a quick purchase turned into a really annoying process

Got authentic gear and everything showed up in good shape. that’s how it should be, if you’re paying for the real stuff, it’s only fair that you actually get it. No issues on my end

I ordered this from Milspecmonkey i was weirdly excited when it showed up. The print is super clear, like I could actually see all the little details without squinting like a maniac. The colors look really good too. If you get ridiculously close, it’s not absolutely flawless, but come on, for the price it’s still kind of a win. Shipping was normal, nothing dramatic there, but overall I’m really happy with it.

The site was usable enough, but it does feel a little old and kind of crowded in some spots. The menus worked fine, but I had to click around way more than I expected just to find certain patches and gear.
Checkout was easy and the pages loaded just fine for me. I just wish the layout was a bit cleaner and the search worked a little better. Overall, it’s not bad, but it’s not exactly great either.

I liked a few of the patch designs a lot, and some of them look really cool in person. A couple felt a little too busy for my taste though. Anyway... they’re not bad overall, just kind of a mixed bag for me...

I’ve emailed twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, and it’s making me question whether I can trust them if something goes wrong.

It got here fast. I’m guessing maybe it shipped from somewhere nearby or they just got it out the door quickly, but either way, no real issues on my end.

I picked up a couple of patches and a few small gear pieces, they were better than... well, I expected for the price. Everything felt decent quality, especially considering the cost. Shipping wasn’t exactly quick, but it wasn’t terrible either. Overall, I’d say it’s a good deal if you’re looking for affordable gear stuff.

I’m usually a little cautious about ordering stuff that could get damaged in shipping, but this came in a sturdy box and everything was safe when I opened it. No issues on my end, so I’m happy with it...

The patch looked fine at first, but after just one weekend, the stitching started coming loose. Disappointing.

I’m disappointed with this. The fabric started fraying after only a few weeks, and it felt like I was begging for it to just hold up like a normal product should. I really wanted to like it, but seeing it fall apart so fast left me feeling resentful.

I’ve had a good experience browsing Milspec Monkey overall. The gear looks solid to me, and the site is simple enough to get around without much hassle. My main issue is that a lot of the items I was interested in were out of stock. I found myself checking back a few times, and even then I still missed out on a couple things. From my perspective, the prices seem reasonable when the items are actually available. I just wish the availability was a bit better, or that the restock updates were clearer. It’s not a bad site at all, just a little frustrating when you’re ready to buy and can’t.

I’ve ordered similar stuff before, and this has always been a solid pick for me. Compared to a few others, it ships out quicker and I haven’t had any issues so far

I had to return one item from my order because I picked the wrong size, so that part was definitely on me and not Milspec Monkey.

I emailed them and they got back to me quickly with the return steps, which were clear enough. The reply did feel a little short, like they were just trying to move me along, but I sent the item back and the refund came through without any extra hassle.

Overall, it was a simple return and nothing went wrong. I just wish the customer service felt a bit more personal, but I’d still feel okay ordering from them again
